I was traveling north from Lethbridge Ab to Whitehorse YT and I started having electrical issues on my vehicle. I pulled in and they were able to get my vehicle in right away. Found a bigger issue and fixed it for me that afternoon, got me back on the highway before the day was over. Great service and staff, thank you so much for keeping me safe!

Have been waiting since March 25th for Fort St John to get the parts to fix our truck. Talked to FSJ Tuesday morning to see if they were ever going to get the parts because the part had now totally s**t the bed, and was told they had no way of knowing when they could get them because they were on backorder. Hung up called Brown's and was told they had the parts in stock, made us an appointment for Friday, but if we could get it there before then they could probably get it done earlier. Dropped it off 4:30 Tuesday afternoon and Brown's called at 10:00 Wednesday morning it was done and ready for an pickup, and they had done the open recalls as well.
My experience with Browns has been excellent! The parts and service department is second to none. Very friendly and when We needed them the most, they were there for us. I’ve dealt with the sales department as well on a few occasions. Great guys to deal with. They make you feel at home. When you buy from Todd Fanning you actually get to experience your ride for as long as you need before you commit. No around the block BS! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
